There Is No Greater Love

04/12/2025 08:46

Friend, we all suffer so much in so many ways!

Life is not easy. We chase after money and things which the pleasure thereof is fleeting; requiring more money and things.

And those things we think give us entrance to a better life; nicer clothes, latest model transportation, entertainments, travel and so forth.

To keep our things we will do almost anything, and some of us will do anything and everything!

Some will kill someone they once loved in order to keep the money they have earned, or even take money and things they haven't earned themselves.

Thievery, robbery, burglary, assault, murder, killing of another human being to get what they want, not necessarily what they own.

We become depressed because we can't keep up with our peers. We work hard and it's not enough. We desire better jobs, better accomodation, better and more material things because we think those will make us happy.

Yet we see that those who have "made it" by fame, skill, talent, education, inheritance still have the same problems and issues.  Many of them fight desperately to keep what they consider their's, well earned, hard fought for.

But still they're not happy, content. They want a day off but fame calls, "No, you must jump!"

In all of their life they do not feel loved. There's a Big Love they know they are missing.

They have the spouse and kids, the house, car, boat, vacations. The children love them yet still:emptiness, sadness.

Maybe the next vacation to a far off distant land will relieve the stress, make them feel better.

But that didn't do it either!

When all these things come to this point there is only one other Way.

That is where the road ends; at a Dead End.

There's a Sign at the Dead End.

It's the Sign of The Cross.

It's glowing golden and all around is darkness.

This is where we must stop and consider The Meaning of The Cross.

Yes it's about Jesus Who died on The Cross, for God's Plan of Redemption via a New Covenant with man, to lawfully give to any who will come to be redeemed, a Way to do so.

Every morning, Good is saying to us, "Look to The Cross."

That's where His Son died for us to have a Greater Love. To have a Saviour Redeemer.

We should have thankful hearts for this Great Gift from God; for this life, for a Way of Forgiveness, for this Great Love.

From Darkness To Glorious Light

04/02/2025 11:19

Friend, there came One into the world Who saw darkness overtaking the world; One Who had The Power to overcome the darkness and set all men who would understand and accept, free from it's power over them.

He came to set the captives to darkness in the evil strongholds, free; to unbind them from the shackles and burdens of the wicked adversary of God.

The one who had deceived the beautiful people whom Jesus The Word had created to live as companions for Himself in the world He also had created.

He gave us His Full Trust. We wilfuly broke it.

Our forefathers, Adam and Eve, knew immediately what they had done. They knew they were guilty of breaking His Trust. They hid from Him (they thought they had.)

Nothing is hid from Almighty God.

Because they had believed the adversary (Satan,) they could no longer live in Perfection. They had altered their own destiny and that of their descendants.

No longer would The Perfect Holy Garden of delight and joy be ours.

Evil had entered mankind and because of the alignment made with evil mankind was now in the position of enmity with God.

We were banished into the thorns and harsh ground of the adversary Satan, who had deceived us.

But God loves us in a different way than how He had loved Lucifer. Lucifer was doomed. He has been Judged, and is sentenced awaiting full punishment.

Mankind was given a Saviour. Generations had to be allowed their births, their time, as designed by God, when Adam and Eve were planned to be the forefathers of mankind.

At the time arranged by God, our Saviour was born.

His birth brings the Promise of Light into the world.

His Life brought His Light into the world for any who will believe in Him and keep that faith.

A sinful man or woman can go from utter darkness, in sin rags and addictions, to Glorious Light of Salvation in an instant when that soul's heart demands the mind accept Jesus The Christ of God, as it's Saviour.

The mind fights against God, setting itself up as better and higher than God.

How foolish.

The heart is a representative of Jesus. It says, "No. I want to be Forgiven. I want a new life. I see the Light. I want that."

The heart asserts itself. It says, "Yes, Lord, teach me. Grow me in the Holy Knowledge. Give to me all the Promises and Benefits of The Kingdom of The Father; beause I am a believer in Your Existence, Your Crucifixion, Your Resurrection. Empty my mind and renew it with Your Story."

Colossians 1-3- The Letter To Colosse

03/28/2025 10:35

Colossians

Chapter 1

1Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,

2To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

4Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,

5For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the Word of the Truth of the gospel;

6Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the Grace of God in Truth:

7As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;

8Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.

9For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His Will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

11Strengthened with all might, according to His Glorious Power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

13Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the Kingdom of His Dear Son:

14In whom we have redemption through His Blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

15Who is the image of the invisible God, the Firstborn of every creature:

16For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:

17And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

18And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the Firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the Preeminence.

19For it pleased the Father that in Him should all fulness dwell;

20And, having made peace through the Blood of His Cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself; by Him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

21And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled

22In the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight:

23If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the Hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which is the church:

25Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the Word of God;

26Even the Mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to His saints:

27To whom God would make known what is the riches of the Glory of this Mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the Hope of Glory:

28Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

29Whereunto I also labour, striving according to His Working, which worketh in me mightily.

Colossians
Chapter 2

1For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

2That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the Mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

3In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

5For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

6As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in Him:

7Rooted and built up in Him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

9For in Him dwelleth all the Fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10And ye are complete in Him, which is the Head of all Principality and Power:

11In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

12Buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with Him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised Him from the dead.

13And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath He quickened together with Him, having Forgiven you all trespasses;

14Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

15And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

18Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

19And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

20Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

21(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

22Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

23Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

Colossians
Chapter 3

1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

3For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in Glory.

5Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

6For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

7In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

8But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

9Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

10And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him:

11Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

12Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

13Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

14And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

15And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

17And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

18Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

19Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.

20Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.

21Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.

22Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:

23And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

24Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

25But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Jesus Is Calling You

03/25/2025 10:35

Friend have you answered the Holy Call on your life?

I can confidently say that I know you know there is one.

We humans like to deny it.

At the first inkling of the call being made, our mind sets to work to push it to the back.

Our mind wants to control our life. It hardens the heart and tells it to shut up.

There is no God, it says.

Every chance the mind gets it sets out to prove, "No God."

See that thing that happened? No God.

But who is at the wheel of the mind?

Satan. The second we're born he's at work to cover up the Call of God.

Whatever havoc he can generate for the rest of your life he will do, so that at death's door, you still say, "There was no God."

But the second you see Eternity, you will say "There Is a God!"

However, today, you could come to know, there truly is One God over all the idols and dieties we like to call god, and know He sent His Son to die in your place for all your sins against God; and that you have the opportunity to answer The Call Of God, now.

Why not allow yourself this pleasure?

Why not ask for Forgiveness?

Why not desire to know Truth?

Why not discover the Benefits of becoming a Disciple?

Why not be renewed in mind body and soul?

Why not be born again by the Spirit of God?

Just surrender to The Holy Spirit.

Tell Him "Holy Spirit of God, You are welcome in my heart, and my mind will surrender to you. Fill my whole being with Your Presence and lead me into fellowship with God's Son, Jesus. I repent of my foolishness and ask for Forgiveness."

Human Frailties - We Need God

03/23/2025 14:05

Friend, make no mistake about Jesus; who He was on earth, in the flesh.

He came with a Purpose.

He came to fulfil God's Plan. He came to bring us a New Covenamt. He came to be a Sacrifice to appease The Law which called for death with no hope to ever be reconciled to Righteous God; because of the unfaithful deed by Eve and Adam, which broke completely, the agreement between God and man, and brought an automatic Punishment; exile from God's Presence and everlasting death.

He came to correct the bad teachings that had infiltrated the chosen people, and draw the righteous, and the lost sheep of the tribes of God, back to The Truth. That is, all mankind, everywhere on the planet.

Only another Pure Life could offer itself up to take the place of what mankind had done.

A Holy Sacrifice, (Holy Blood) is the only thing that could satisfy The Law, God Himself.

He had to make His Law Righteous and Whole again. The scales of Justice had to be equalled.

He knows where everyone of us is. We cannot hide.

The teachers and "so called holy" men, were corrupted by wrong desires; not Godly, but political.

The people strained under The Law. The rabbis implemented man made false additions to The Law, in order to keep their people "pure."

Everything was a sin.

It caused families to lose livestock which is what sustained them. It caused families to cast out wrong doers. It caused groups to shun others.

So many problems.

None could keep The Law in it's purest form. And all the additions made to keep the Law unsullied were a huge weight on the people. They could barely do anything, and they accused each other, spied on each other, not wanting more laws which would limit them even more.

God allowed them to discover as humans, that they could not attain to His Purity. It was impossible to do anything; like cut off a hand that stole and such like minded ways, that would bring a man back to right standing with the Law and God Himself.

Even non Jewish peoples struggled to be Good at it's Purest.

Tribes of indigenous peoples all over the world have their own types of punishment for "wrong doing" and sacrifices to a diety to ask for favour.

We humans instinctively know that there is One God, Who owns everything, even us. And we know there is Law which governs everything.

He will do with us as He pleases; we understand this is His right. This must be His right. Like an Artist He has the right to destroy and recreate or not, what He has created.

The pot can't tell the Potter how to create it. It is the Will of The Righteous and Holy Creator to create as He sees fit. Does He create the heart or mind first? When are the eyes worked into the framework? So many decisions and all must be perfect.

If for instance you are one who says, "What a load of rubbish, there is no God," God wants you to know He has a place in the soul within you that is His place.

A supernatural space that He can see, is His within every human!

But can He live in an unrighteous body?

Should He, The King live in unrighteousness?

It is also said that unrighteousness cannot live in a Righteous entity.

This is why it is written, an unrighteous soul must go somewhere else away from God; when the flesh dies. We read in The Bible that "unrepentant sinners" do not enjoy God's Presence.

The entity within the flesh is called the soul and the soul is owned by God. It is made in His Image; Supernatural.

God can see it because He too is Supernatural; but mere man in the flesh cannot. We experience it each and every day but we do not see it.

Man thinks of himself as highly intelligent. He thinks he's great at everything he says and does. He thinks he has it all figured out at a very young age.

Many have decided that everything revolves around themselves. The ego is stupendous in mankind.

Yet this intellect weighs nothing before God.

When God looks upon such a one, egotistical, He sees it is reistant to Himself. He sees where the resistance first started. He sees what or who was the singular thing that caused this.

When a man becomes humbled by the trials and tribulations of life he is able to seek, reach out, call to the God he has denied. Like Job did in The Bible.

God immediately responds to that one.

It's the deep cry from an unbeliever off in the far far distance, calling out in the ether, down in the valley of despair; perhaps after the loss of a spouse or child, or the much loved material thing has been wiped out, maybe the body is diseased and it's host only young yet and so on.

What does God want with us? What is He trying to say, to prove to us?

Only that He wants genuine fellowship with us, singularly and collectively.

And to do that we must be righteously clean.

He made a Way for us to be righteously cleansed by the Blood of His Dear Righteous Son Who came to earth and was born in a flesh body of a righteously clean woman; Who lived among us Righteously (no sin) and went to the Cross, was crucified where His Blood was shed for us to make us Righteous before God and The Law.

Only those who will accept this Great Gift of Forgiveness, Grace and Mercy receive the Righteous Cleansing and are able to have fellowship with God.

The Last Supper

03/18/2025 12:03

LAST SUPPER 25 Catholic picture print | Etsy

The Last Supper of Jesus with His Disciples, including the one who would betray Him is where Jesus gave them a New Comandment.

He said, "Love one another as I have loved you."

Simple Words yet full of deep meaning to the Disciples, because they loved Him deeply; as their Teacher Who possessed the Holy Knowledge of God's Kingdom. They came to understand He was Truthful and Trustworthy; never would He betray them.

In His Presence they had plenty for daily living, every need was filled and they always gave thanks to The Father through Him; and they saw for themselves, how He could heal and restore sight and hearing, revive the dead, cast out demons and that His Wisdom was beyond earthly comparison.

He spoke of things to come in the future, how to pray to The Father, how it was necessary for Him to suffer at the hands of their fellow Jews, the leaders from the Synagogue, before He could come again as their Messiah.

He demonstrated how they were to partake of what we call today, Holy Communion. The bread was his Body and He broke the bread and gave pieces to each of them to eat in remembrance of HIm. The cup was filled and He sipped and gave to them to sip saying, "This is My Blood, shed for you."

They understood these things from all His teachings; from when they first began following Him, as Disciples garnering Holy Truths. The long discussions about spiritual things they had when gathered together to eat, perhaps by the shore of a lake or river, around a campfire to cook the freshly caught fish and fresh made and baked bread.

The laughter and camraderie was dear to each of them.

He was speaking of dying, of leaving them, of being raised up but they didn't want to think this was going to be The Last Supper.

Then He dropped a bombshell. One amongst them was going to betray Him. And He told Peter that he, Peter, would deny knowing Him before the cock crowed in the coming early morning.

Peter was horrified.

They did not know what was to come. Judas Iscariot left their presence after Jesus told him to go do what he had planned to do.

The Disciples and Jesus walked and came to a place called the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus chose two Disciples to go with Him and keep watch while He prayed.

Knowing what was about to happen, He asked The Father of us all, to save Him from torture and death, if it be The Father's Will. That was the human part of Jesus speaking as we do, when we fall into diverse ways of trial and tribulation; we turn to God and ask but we must include; "Not my will Lord, but only Your's prevail."

Judas met with those who would accuse Him of trying to undermine the Roman occupiers and took their thirty pieces of silver.

It wasn't long before the Roman soldiers were dispatched to arrest Jesus in The Garden of Gethsemmane.

The next day He was crucified by the Roman occupiers at the behest of the Jewish religious rulers.

Wise and Clever or Childlike

02/14/2025 15:12

Friend, in the Book of Matthew Chapter 11 verses 25-26, Matthew remembers a prayer spoken by Jesus.

I thank Thee, Oh Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, because Thou has hidden spiritual things from the wise and prudent, and has revealed them unto babes, because it seemed Good in Thy sight. (paraphrased.)

In this prayer Jesus is telling us that God has deliberately hidden the workings of His Kingdom from those who see themselves as wise and knowledgeable. Those who see themselves as more intelligent, more powerful, more able to make the rules.

God has two different types of people on the earth.

The other type, Jesus describes as babes. It's the innocent, the downtrodden by the wise and prudent, who in their frail condition come to the end of their "rope," and turn to God in humble understanding that He exists and is Good.

To those childlike souls, He reveals His Truth through His Word.

Jesus is The Word. He's the One who died on The Cross for our sin debt to God and The Law, to be cancelled.

The childlike come into the Holy Knowledge because God is able to meet with them, their humbled and willing spirit to His Magnificent Perfect Holy Spirit.

The wise and prudent in their own eyes, will not humble their spirit to Him. They have an ego and belief in their own self and what it can do; evidenced by their great gains in life. They think the mere fact that they have wealth, land, homes, cars things will give them entree into The Kigdom of God.

They see themselves driving up in a limousine, dressed in great robes of luxurious cloths, draped in ostentatious jewels with finely attired escorts.

But God is not impressed by this. He explains it this way.

He has sent out invitations to The Great Banquet in Heaven, requiring RSVP. He has provided the clothes to be worn.

The wise and prudent talk among themselves. They won't be told what to wear. They don't need to RSVP; their presence will be a great addition to the guest list no matter what.

When The Invitations don't bring the RSVP'S, God sends the Angels out to the childlike, those who have nothing and invites them all; along with providing the Heavenly Robes to wear at The Banquet, and gives the Order that only those who rsvp will enter, at the appointed time.

The Day of The Celebration arrives. The Guardian Angels, resplendent in their Master's Glory are set at The Gate of The Palace to receive those guests whom have RSVP'D.

Soon the wise and clever begin to arrive, splendidly attired in robes of their own choosing, meant to impress, chauffered by finely liveried drivers in magnificent limousines; clogging the golden paved street to The Palace; because none of them are being admitted to The Palace.

But as they wave around their robes calling out their importance, the meek and mild mannered childlike beings, clothed in The Heavenly Robes, are filing past them with great joy, praising The One Who died for them; their Host, God Almighty.

God has sent out the Great Invitation to all people on earth.

When He gave His Son to be a Sacrifice for our sin-filled souls; that was our Invitation.

All who will receive Jesus into their hearts will be at The Great Banquet - The Marriage Supper of The Lamb.

At that moment when He arose from the dead, He became our King above all earthly kings.

Today He is asking you to consider His Invitation.

To consider The Cross.

To consider the state of your soul; is it childlike towards Him or is it shrewd, clever, and cunning?

Are you a denier of Him, or a lover of Him for what He has done at The Cross for you.

At The Cross, He changed The Law. He made a Way, approved by The Father, for any man to step out from under the Judgement of The Law, to step into The New Covenant, with all sins Holy Forgiven, because His Death paid for them in full.

We have to make that choice.

Old Covenant or New Covenant.

The Holy Bible explains everything we need to know.

A genuine seeker has the full cooperation of The Holy Spirit to help them understand God's Way.
