Friend, God desires that we become wise.

Proverbs 3:13-18 - Happy [is] the man [that] findeth wisdom, and the man [that] gains understanding.

Proverbs 18:15 - The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
 
Proverbs 19:20 - Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
 
Proverbs 17:27-28 - He that hath knowledge spareth his words: [and] a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
