God's Law

Friend, do you think of God as just a small dot on the horizon, weak and busy doing other things, not interested in your life?

He is not weak, He is Powerful.

He owns all the Power.

He is also Amazing in that He knows all things.

He owns Math in all it's forms and probably many forms we have yet to discover

He created and hung the stars and planets and set in place their orbits.

He tells the ocean how far to go!

He knows the number of feathers on the tiniest bird and the number of hairs on our heads.

He is intimately acquainted with all our parts, but for many of us, He does not have our hearts and mind.

The Father desperately wants our hearts and minds but He will not force us to give them to Him.

However, until the second we die, He is always trying to draw us to Him through the Son's Sacrifice for our sins.

And so He waits while those who love Him, tend to the lost sheep in all the ways a human needs.

Many of us say we have no sin in us, and are good people, always doing the correct thing.

But, God does not judge us based on our estimation of how things are; or how we think things should be!.

He must base all His Judgements on The Law.

All are judged by it, no one escapes the Judgement of God. 

And, He, Jesus, The Word of God, has told us through the Holy Spirit that there is none good, no not one!

So by His estimation, if you think you are good, you're not Good.

He says, none of us is Good, and all of us fall short of The Law of God.

There is no "fudging," that we can do to convince Him.

The Law, stands as a Testament to God's Goodness; woven through all He has created.

He has set in place the consequences and punishments for disobeying His Law and not one of us, is above The Law of God.

One cannot fool God.

When we stand before Him, we will not be able to defend one thing we did that we thought was good if He has not revealed it to be Good under The Law.

There will be some who after their born again experience, have been good Christian soldiers and will have treasure to lay at the feet of Jesus, but they too will have sins they have not overcome.

However, the Blood of The Prince of Peace will cover those who are born again of the Spirit (as the bible states), and  who soldiered on in this world to be lights to the weary of body, soul and spirit.

God in His Amazing Love, accepts our Holy Blood Covering and counts us Forgiven and Saved by the Son's Sacrifice.

No-one is born again against their will.

There is no way! 

God does not accept an unwilling of the heart and mind, convert.

It takes an act of the will of a person, to realize and accept that Jesus died for their sins; and fall at His Feet in thankfulness, gratefulness and love.

To be born again, one lays down one's human will - surrenders - and accepts the Will of God.

He says, "Come to me all you who are heavy laden (with many burdens) and I will give you rest."

And God is not a liar.  

He does give the soul rest as it journeys through this life.

Knowing God is healing to the soul and spirit.
