God Is Not Going Away

Friend, the argument for God and against God has been going on forever.

But when we become believers in God we learn why mankind debates His Existence.

This world has both good and evil beings in it.

We see amongst mankind the constant pushing and shoving; verbal abuses; physical attacks; hate and greed, lust and all kinds of illicit wants and needs overtaking us every day.

Some of them get into the news and we see and hear of things constantly on our televisions and social media platforms.

We become annoyed that people are so stupid; we tut tut about the lack of common sense; we are shocked by the brutality, ugliness and demeaning behaviours; we shake our heads at the senseless killings; we're saddened by innocents suffering lack of basic human needs and the list goes on.

The overpowering mushrooming of these types of happenings is growing and growing and we feel helpless to change things.

But the Bible tells us that these things are not unusual in this world because it is governed by an evil being who has the power of the air over the earth as his domain.

For God's Purposes, satan is allowed to be here.

God is confident that His People who are called by His Name, first the Jew, then the Christian are going to become more and more Godly under His Law, and will not perish with the evil followers of the evil one, Satan.

We have this short lifespan here on earth to accept God.

He has made it simple for all mankind after first choosing a people who had not chosen to follow other manmade gods of nature.

This group of people lived long, they worked hard, they were basically good, they were clean, nomadic, shepherds of animals to sell. Their Patriarch and Matriarch believed in The Lord. They called Him, Adonai.

They understood He was the One who created everything, provided everything, healed them and so they were humbled before Him; not proud, not greedy, not unkind.

They were not lazy, they worked hard and were grateful for everything they had but they longed for a child, a son to carry-on, inherit.

Friend, their names were Abraham and Sarah and through their bloodline, Jesus was eventually born.

God chose them.

Today God has made a Way for us to choose Him.

He does not demand. 

It is our choice.

He is never going away but one day and it could be soon, He is coming to shut up the shop that evil now has a little control over.

That control is going to be taken away.

Those who follow evil will have shown they made their choice and they will suffer the same fate as their satanic leader.

There is no way Satan is a winner after this.

He is just using up his alloted time here and God has told us in His Word that the day will come like a thief in the night.

We will be going about our business as usual.

But there are signs to look for. Prophecies to be fulfilled and the Christian has the Book of Revelation to guide Him in these things.

God is not going away; but satan and his followers from centuries past will be going away from God's Presence.

Those of us who believe, will be in His Presence forevermore; cleansed and made new by His Blood Sacrifice for the God Law Punishment of our sins of which there are many.
