Love One Another

He/you that hath My Commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth Me (Jesus God), and he that loveth Me shall be loved of My Father; and I will Love him/you, and will manifest Myself to him/you...

If a man loveth Me, He will keep My Words and My Father will Love him, and We shall come to him and make our abode with him (in the inner person)...

If ye keep My Commandments, ye shall abide in My Love, even as I have kept My Father's Commandments, and abide in His Love...

This is My Commandment, that ye love one another, as I have Loved you.  John 14:21-23, 15: 10-12

Friend, Jesus spoke those Words to His disciples as they gathered around Him.

He was always teaching them, knowing they were going to travel and move among the lost sheep of Israel and to the lands of the gentiles; after His death which He knew was very soon. (His Ministry was for three years. Ages 30-33)

He always has a Purpose for all He does and says, and it behooves us to remember this, whenever we read His Word.

Today His Words are absolutely relevant for every human on the planet.

As we read the Words straight from The Son of God, we hear what He is saying to us.

He is advising us in Truth, that if we love The Commandments of God The Father, we will in return be Loved by The Father.

If we read and learn His Law (Commandments) and we strive to obey them, we show The Father, Son and Holy Spirit that we love Them.

Jesus is saying that abiding by the Law/Commandments is the pivotal requirement for a believer.

The Law is everything and we should get on board with the concept that God is our Good and Gracious Ruler who asks for our obedience to His Law so we are freed from bondage to the evil one; becoming a child of His who has all the rights of a son or daughter of the King of Kings.

Without belief and faith in Jesus, we have no rights according to the Law. 

With belief and faith in Him, He will fight our battles for us, He will Love us as a Father, Friend, Saviour, Redeemer, Lord, King, Healer, Helper, Provider, Almighty and Powerful God.

There are those in the world who deny the existence of a Creator but the simple among us who have put aside our scientific musings, know without a doubt that He exists; because He reveals Himself to us.

He proves that He is Who He says He Is.

The Great I Am. That's Who!

He abides with us, just as Jesus says He would, if we love Him, and obey His Commandments.

Obeying is believing, friend. 

And with believing comes the desire to be obedient to The Law, to please God, because God abides in our hearts and teaches and guides us, into a loving relationship with Him that is Healing, Insightful and Encouraging.
