Meditation Verse

Scripture.  Lead me in Thy Truth, and teach me: for Thou art the God of my salvation; on Thee do I wait all the day. Psalm 25:5  KJV

King David asks the Lord to teach him, and throughout this chapter, he asks for forgiveness and mercy.

If King David asks for these things from God, how much more should we ask!

To be led in God's Truth requires humbling one's self and soul to God.

It involves placing our life in the hands of the Holy Spirit, and allowing Him to mold and bend, fold and fashion a new creature in Christ out of us.

The Spirit sees us as Jesus sees us and He knows what we should be like, and He sees how to get us to that point.

If we are willing, He is willing to be the Potter to our lump of clay.

He will make us into something beautiful in God's sight.

The world may not think us beautiful, but what does the world matter when Almighty God sees us as beautiful!

It is the soul and spirit that God sees.

We are measured by the love we have for His Son - what we do in His Son's Name while here on earth, how we respond to the Holy Spirit, the progress we make in Godly matters.

Prayer
Lord, thank You for Your Truth. Mold me and make me into the being of Your Desire. Help me to wait on You, hear Your Voice and to serve You in all things. Amen.
