Rest From Guilt Of Sin

Friend the born again Christian's life is not plagued by guilty conscience.
There is an assurance; a Holy Assurance, brought about by The Blood from Christ when He was crucified on The Cross for us; that He has Forgiven us, because we repented of our sins and are washed in His Blood.
We have accepted that Holy Sacrifice as the Payment that was required by The Father, for our sins. His Word in The Holy Bible tells us in no uncertain terminology that He paid for all men's (mankind) sins by Himself, as The Son.
Yes, God Himself saved us; all who will accept His Payment.
Many won't. Many think it is a fairy tale. Many think they would never pay for someone else's sins, so why would any God.
When a believer sees our Saviour on The Cross; an Innocent who never sinned, but came to be The Holy Sacrifice, for us, not cleaned up but fully sinful, our own blood not Pure enough for a Holy Sacrifice; we are overwhelmed with Gratitude and Love for someone so Pure, who would do such a Loving thing for us, even while we were still sinners in His Sight!
Even those not born yet are included.
He included those because He is God, and knows us before we are born, and once born also knows everything about us; every sin we have committed; the biggest sin being, that we hate Him, we laugh at others who love Him, we are rebellious in every way possible; following after every lust conjured up by His arch enemy, satan.
But we believers, those born again by The Spirit of God, are able to rest our minds from hiding the guilt of our sinful lifestyles.
We have kneeled at the foot of The Cross (symbolically) and realising our sins, have repented of them, knowing we are about to receive Holy Forgiveness; knowing that we are undeserving.
God's Word tells us that Christ the Son of God has shed His Blood and paid in full for all our sins; and all we have to do is be thankful and believe in Him Who died for us to be reconciled to God by the paying of our debt to God, in full.
After this transformation from unbeliever, into a born again believer, we are given a new start with The Father, our old sin nature has been removed.
We have been "washed white as snow," our "sins have been removed from us as far as the East is from the West," God is going to "remember them no more."
THIS IS OUR ASSURANCE; when we stay faithful to Him.
God desires that we desire to know Him more and more.
He is a BIG GOD. And there is much to know about Him.
He has given us His Word in The Holy Bible and He desires we read it.
In those Words; He is able to speak to us. The Bible tells us all that He wants us to know. Of course God is bigger than what any book could ever contain, so we are limited, but EVERYTHING He wants us to know, is told to us, in His Word.
We find when we read it with a heart tuned to Him; we will "hear" Him convicting us, inspiring us, loving us, guiding us, helping us to be strong in Him and His Way.
He does this every second of every day by His Holy Spirit.
When Jesus was about to leave the earth; ascend to the Father through the clouds before a group of witnesses, He had said to the Disciples that He was going away, leaving them, but would not leave them comfortless, because of Him not being with them.
He said He was sending The Spirit to them. And He did, at the day of Pentecost. They were overtaken by the Spirit and began to speak in tongues the Mighty Miracles of God; meaning other languages - not their own.
They were ministering and testifying of God to Medes, Egyptians, Persians, Libyians, Arabians, Romans and others.
Many people were making fun of them saying they were drunk, but the Disciple Peter stepped forward and shouted, "Listen all of you, visitors and residents of Jerusalem alike, these things were predicted centuries ago by the Prophet Joel. In the last days, God said, I will pour out my Spirit upon mankind."
And so began the Last Days from God's Plan unto today and beyond until Christ comes again.
Since that Day of Pentecost we have had The Holy Spirit with us on this earth to be a Comforter and Counsellor to mankind who need Christ.
He calls us to Christ continually. This is His Mission to bring souls to Christ.
He is calling you today, right now!
