Spiritually Blind

Friend the worst thing for a human to be is to be spiritually blind.

So many of us are.

We're oriented to be of the world.

We know of nothing but the things of the world and seek after it's riches and glory with gusto thinking the worldly things will make us happy .

Yes, they do make us happy for a time; but there is no inner happiness.

That's okay with us because if we are spiritually blind then we know only of this world happiness; even when the shine starts to dissipate and we begin to feel unhappy again, we can start a new adventure to make us happy again.

So many of us go through life like that and even die in that state.

There is a saying that, "he who dies with the most toys, or, he who has done the most things; gathered the most spoils" is the winner at the end of life.

But so many people at the end of life; in old age, withered, broke, ailing in body, no longer able to drum up a good time, are left with the mind that gnaws away at the thoughts and reveals to us a wasted life.

There is nowhere to turn.

Spiritual blindness is a curse on mankind by the devil.

He spends every second of every day keeping those he has in it's clutches from reading or knowing or finding out about "spiritual blindness," because it is a great success for him.

It's an easy web to have trapped us in. 

It's rare for him to lose a soul in that particular trap.

But there is a Way.

Immediately we decide that, "Yes that's me and I want out," we have the God given right to be released, and the means to that is to tell evil that you believe in God and that He sent His Son Jesus, to die so you may be released from evil's domain and walk in The Light of The One who died for this Purpose.

Yes, tell the devil that you believe in Jesus! He will react very badly but fear not. He was overcome at The Cross.

Instead of the focus on the world you must; in order to stay secured to the anchor of Christ Jesus, continue to seek Him, to know Him to live your life according to His Will; giving the same allegiance you once gave to the demons of Hell, to Jesus the Lover and Saver, of your soul.

Examine The Cross. Contemplate what The Cross is all about.

What is the Message of The Cross?

What did God intend when He sent His Son to die for your sins; on The Cross?

How much did He love you who wasn't even born yet?

He knew you before you were born, friend.

There is no problem that Jesus cannot fix, repair or renew in your life after you come to Him in repentant humbleness, seeking.

An arrogant all knowing soul He will not accept.

He cannot. That is satan's domain; arrogance, pride, seeker of fame and fortune. 

God allows us to do it before we come to Him because He gave us Free Will.

It's our choice but once we choose Him by our own Free Will, He won't let us go unless we tell Him we're walking away and enter the devil's domain again.

He will pursue those until their end, as they continue to make bad choices; and some will turn again to Him and some won't.
