We Must Respond

Friend, many of us ask as we go through life, "Why won't God, Jesus, He, respond to me?"

This is an important question!

From our perspective here on the earthly side of all that exists, we cannot see God in a form we recognise - someone in a body like ourselves.

We don't see the response, we think He should respond with, to us personally.

Also many of us do not accept responses from Him, that in our mind are not the correct response.

In other words, "we want what we want," and will not accept anything less.

Yes, many of us give up seeking, overlook His responses, even deny His Responses even lie to ourselves - saying we didn't!

How do you think that makes our Lord feel?

He is Perfect in All His Ways; and He is Perfect in all His responses to mankind.

He sees the "big picture" of our life, how it intertwines with others and their "big pictures."

He responds according to His Will, Way and Law (of our Free Will) for us, because He is always Good; and the Good Way because it is Good, is best.

Being God, He will not break any Law to give us what we want when it opposes His Law.

But, He desires for us to respond to Him.

He is waiting until the day we pass from this earth.

There are many responses we give and could give, but there is one that is the most important for our body, mind and spirit.

It is the response of acceptance of Him and Who He Is.

He is God; The Trinity; Father, Son and Spirit; Who knows all and sees all.

He is Powerful, above all others.

None can stand against Him in battle.

His Will is Law. He is Pure in Justice and Truth.

His Love is above all others. It is Pure, Holy, Truth, Good.

He is our Father in Heaven; above our earthly father's love, for they too are children of His, loaned to us for the earth lifetime.

Our fathers on earth are the ones who are to teach and guide us, through the Holy Spirit in their lives. If they don't, we still have His Son who shows us God's Great Love for us by taking up the Cross and fulfilling God's Plan for us.

Once our mind has accepted what the heart knows, that God loves us; The Spirit is able to minister to us.

The Spirit's Ministry here on earth is to reveal Jesus to each soul.

The Spirit works tirelessly with each of us. To do this, He convicts our heart and mind of sinful ways, deeds and thoughts; something we hate. He comforts, something we aren't thankful for. He uplifts our soul when it is needed; but we ignore Spirit, and give thanks to the world.

We take accolades upon ourself when it is The Holy Spirit we should be thanking.

He convicts us of sin; the evil ways we have chosen, the words of hate and anger we use, the violence we visit on others, the choices we make for entertainment, the addictions we encounter that we cannot let go of, and He leads the way out to Righteousness before God.

It's not a matter of "our doing" He, The Spirit, shows us, but what God has done for us.

We may be guided to a church; a Christian person, The Bible, a Gospel song, a friend who believes where we find something that stays with us after that encounter.

We find our spirit desires more.

We return to that encounter more and more and begin to heal from the things of which we were convicted.

Our heart softens, we become available to Him and we learn of Him.

This is the response He desires.

Let the Holy Spirit convict you, friend.

Don't hate and rail against Him  for you are hating God and railing against His Law, when you call a Christian a liar, a fool or automatically hate whatever they have to say.

They are adhering to the Holy fact, that God is in charge.

They are being a testimony to you. It offends unbelievers, we know.

He is over all idols, and manmade gods.

His Name, Jesus, is above all names.

His Way is ultimately going to win. He has told us and He does not lie. He is a friend to those who love Him.

He is the Father above all fathers.

This a fight an unbeliever will never win!
