When We Meditate

Friend, when we meditate, let it be on the One True God.

The One above all other gods.

Why waste time on gods of the harvest, and so forth when there is One God Who is above all.

Those many gods we have devised from our own pondering of what life is all about are fictional to say the least.

Evil hears what we say when we talk and pray to these gods and will provide a demon to fulfil the role of the god you require.

Oh, the fun they have with us!

God asks us to contemplate Him in our spirit.

He will meet us there.

We can ask or think anything and through the layers of our sin and doubt He will reach out to us; and over the contemplating Him in spirit, we will come to have Godly Knowledge for our life's journey, we will gain great Wisdom, we will experience Peace in our being, we will feel God's Love, we will receive Forgiveness, and so much more.

God is pursuing you right now.

Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart.

The Holy Spirit sees you as the apple of the Father's eye and is trying to guide you onto the Righteous Path.

Let down your guard and set aside your own will and tell Jesus that you want to know Him.
